The Hope That Calls Us
Chapel Music Director Zebulon Highben wrote a new hymn, titled "The Hope That Calls Us," to honor Chapel Dean Luke A. Powery on the occasion of Dean Powery's twentieth anniversary of ordained ministry.
Dr. Highben and Chapel Choir member Rossie Clark-Cotton, M ’21, sang the hymn during Sunday's worship service (October 25) with accompaniment by Chapel Organist Christopher Jacobson. See the original text and music for the hymn in the service's worship guide and watch it here:
