Supporting Online Worship

Following the livestream of this Sunday’s service (September 13), you are invited to receive personal prayer online. Register in advance by clicking on this link. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. Individuals will then be invited one-at-a-time to share concerns and receive a brief prayer from a pastor.

People joining in the Chapel’s live, online Sunday morning worship services can expect to see a few format changes intended to support them in worshiping from home via computers, televisions, and mobile devices.

Each Sunday, a minister will be active in the chat section of the YouTube livestream to direct participants to liturgical resources, share ways of becoming involved in the life of the Chapel, and providing pastoral responses to any questions or comments.

During the service, the livestream will display the lyrics and music of the hymns as Chapel musicians play and sing them, strengthening the musical experience for people participating from home. The words for congregational prayers will also be displayed in the video livestream.

Each Friday, the Chapel website homepage continues to have a link to the livestream, bulletin, and hymns for the coming Sunday’s service. In addition to the announcements in the bulletin, the beginning of livestream will include announcements about how to participate in Chapel programs.
