In our worship service this Sunday at 11:00 a.m., we will welcome as our guest preacher the Rev. Dr. Jared E. Alcántara, the Paul W. Powell Endowed Chair in Preaching at Baylor University's Truett Theological Seminary. An ordained Baptist minister and a professor of preaching, he is a member of the Academy of Homiletics, the Evangelical Homiletics Society, and the Hispanic Theological Initiative.
At the service, we will also welcome the Raleigh Youth Choir. They will sing Christmas carols, including "The First Noel" and "Candlelight Carol."
