Organ Recital by Dr. Robert Parkins

In his recital this Sunday, March 26, at 5:00 p.m., University Organist Dr. Robert Parkins will feature the Brombaugh and Flentrop organs in works by early Portuguese composers, Frescobaldi, Bach, Mozart, Brahms, Heiller, and Bovet. A professor of the practice of music at Duke, Dr. Parkins's solo recordings have appeared on the Calcante, Gothic, Loft, Musical Heritage Society, and Naxos labels. Admission is free.
