The worship service this Sunday, March 17, at 11:00 a.m. will mark the Fifth Sunday in Lent. Chapel Assistant Dean Bruce Puckett will give the sermon. The handbell ensemble Bell Durham will offer music for the service, including Prelude on Herzliebster Jesu, which juxtaposes hymn tunes associated with Christ’s passion and strains of ancient Easter chant—a musical demonstration of the paradox of the cross.
