Duke Chapel's Evensong Singers will present a concert comprising music by Herbert Howells this Sunday, February 25, at 4:00 p.m. Free admission.

With an entirely individual voice in his choral and organ music, Howells came to occupy a significant place in Anglican church music. This performance features Howell's Requiem, which is regarded by many as one of the greatest choral works of the twentieth century-together with anthems, carols, and organ music. The concert concludes with Howells' stirring setting of the Te Deum composed for the choir of King's College, Cambridge.
