The Rev. Dr. Stephanie Paulsell
In the worship service this Sunday at 11:00 a.m., we will welcome to the pulpit guest preacher Rev. Dr. Stephanie Paulsell, the Susan Shallcross Swartz Professor of the Practice of Christian Studies at Harvard Divinity School. An ordained minister in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), she teaches in the areas of religion and literature and Christian spirituality. Her recent publications include Religion Around Virginia Woolf and Toni Morrison: Goodness and the Literary Imagination, which she co-edited.
The Summer Choir will provide musical leadership in the service. The Summer Choir is open to anyone who would like to participate. To sing with the choir, please arrive by 9:30 a.m. to attend a rehearsal.
In this service, we look forward to welcoming into the Body of Christ two children who will be baptized.
