Bach Cantata Concert Feb. 2

The Chapel’s Bach Cantata Series continues this Sunday, February 2, at 5:15 p.m. This concert includes Bach’s compositions BWV 9 Es ist das Heil uns kommen her, BWV 55 Ich armer Mensch, ich Sünderknecht, and BWV 151 Süßer Trost, mein Jesus kömmt.

The Classical Voice of North Carolina website calls the series "an extraordinary boon to Triangle music lovers" and "one of the most remarkable musical treasures of the Triangle."

For the performance Dr. Philip Cave, associate conductor for Chapel Music, will lead the Bach Ensemble and Mallarmé Chamber Players.

Admission is free. Event parking is available for $5 in the Bryan Center Parking Garage at 125 Science Drive; ADA parking is available in the Bryan Center Surface Lot at the same address.
