Sing, rest, pray, and celebrate at a special Tenth Anniversary Jazz Vespers with the John Brown “Little” Big Band on Thursday, November 14, at 7:00 p.m. Over last decade, Jazz Vespers worship services have become a beloved tradition at Duke Chapel. The services combine the ancient Christian tradition of evening vespers services with the aural idioms of Black sacred music, including jazz, gospel, and the spirituals.
