As director of hospitality and building management, Beca Franca is dedicated to elevating the guest experience, overseeing facility operations, and optimizing efficiency at the Chapel. With over a decade of experience as a program director in Presbyterian camps across the U.S., she brings a wealth of expertise in fostering community and creating welcoming spaces. Originally from Brazil, she has lived around the world before settling in North Carolina. She holds a bachelor of arts in human development from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida, and is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. Passionate about travel and art, she finds joy in connecting with others and exploring the world through a creative lens.
