World Communion Sunday with Collection for Hurricane Relief

In our worship service this Sunday, October 6, at 11:00 a.m., we will celebrate World Communion Sunday with music representing cultural expressions of Christianity across myriad times, places, and denominations. Chapel Dean Luke Powery will preach a sermon titled Lament for the Children. Money collected during the offering will go to the United Methodist Committee on Relief to support relief efforts from Hurricane Helene in Western North Carolina.
