Sunday Service on Founders’ and World Communion Sunday

In our worship service this Sunday, October 1, at 11:00 a.m., we will celebrate Founders’ Sunday, paying respect to the visionaries who went before us at the university. We will also mark World Communion Sunday with readings, prayers, and music from languages, cultures, and Christian traditions from Europe, Africa, South America, Asia, and North America.

The guester preach is the Rev. Dr. Jerusha Neal, an assistant professor of homiletics at Duke Divinity School. She will preach a sermon titled A Question of Consequence.
