Student Preacher Sunday Worship Service

Duke senior Joy Reeves will give the sermon this Sunday (March 27) in our 11:00 a.m. worship service. Selected as this year's Student Preacher, Reeves will deliver a sermon titled Little Ponds about how her experience of finding community during the pandemic connects with a scripture passage about reconciliation. The scriptures for this Fourth Sunday in Lent, including the Parable of the Prodigal Son, remind us of the power of belonging and the joy of coming home.
