Reflecting on 'Anticipatory Hope'

In this Two Minutes Together video reflection, the Rev. Joshua Lazard, C. Eric Lincoln Minister for Student Engagement at the Chapel, brings up the concept of "anticipatory grief" to wonder if there is also a corollary: "anticipatory hope."

"As Christians we have a hope for a better future, a hope for a better tomorrow," he says, "and hope that: 'And this too came to pass and did not come to stay.'"
