Organ Recital by Stefan Engels This Sunday

In his recital this Sunday, November 10, at 5:00 p.m., Stefan Engels will perform works by J. S. Bach, Robert Schumann, and Karg-Elert on the Chapel’s Flentrop and Aeolian organs. Free admission.

Professor of Organ at Southern Methodist University, Engels held previous faculty positions at Westminster Choir College and the University of Music and Performing Arts "Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy" in Leipzig. A specialist in the music of Sigfrid Karg-Elert, Prof. Engels has recorded the prolific German romantic composer's complete organ works, reviewed to international critical acclaim.
