Concert Brings Together Music of Bach and Handel

Bring a chair or blanket and listen from the lawn on the Duke Chapel Quad, or anywhere nearby.

This concert presents three rarely heard French Baroque works, setting texts associated with penitence and lament, on Saturday, April 4, at 4:00 p.m. in the Divinity School's Goodson Chapel.

Applications are invited from talented, early-career singers to participate in a week-long workshop June 15–21 on seventeenth-century Venetian vespers music by Claudio Monteverdi and his circle.
