Min Jae (Sandy) Kim is a third-year Duke Divinity School student, who will serve this year as the Chapel's worship intern. The Rev. Joshua Stanley is the new pastor for education and discipleship for the Congregation at Duke Chapel. Both Sandy and Josh will assist in organizing worship services, as well as serving in various liturgical roles during the services.

Sandy moved from Seoul, South Korea, to Durham twenty years ago and has been in North Carolina ever since. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she graduated with a degree in biology. When she is not buried in books or at the Chapel, she enjoys exploring new places, taking hikes with her dog, experimenting with new recipes, and eating good food. After graduating from Divinity School, she intends to pursue ordination as an elder in the United Methodist Church.

Joshua StanleyOriginally from Greensboro, North Carolina, Josh has degrees from North Carolina State University and Columbia Theological Seminary. He recently finished a two-year fellowship at Second Presbyterian in Indianapolis. Josh is a Presbyterian minister and happy to be called to an interdenominational setting. His wife Rachel is employed in marketing at Red Hat in Raleigh. His primary work with the Congregation is in education for youth and adults.
