Selected as this year’s Student Preacher, sophomore David Ntim delivered a sermon at Duke Chapel on the example of Abraham's faith. A double major in biomedical engineering and computer science, Ntim sees God’s handiwork in the intricacies of molecules and machines. He has an active faith life as a Christian at Duke, attending Duke Chapel Scholars meetings, serving as a Chapel Ambassador greeting visitors, and participating in Bible study sessions with the Every Nation Campus group. As the director of religious affairs for Duke Student Government, he has also worked to create opportunities for students to learn from, and appreciate, the faiths of people from other religions.
