All are welcome to attend this ecumenical service of Christian worship on Sunday mornings throughout the year. Duke Chapel is home to a long—and living—tradition of faithful preaching and inspiring sacred music. Join us as we sing, pray, give thanks, and learn together. In this service, Chapel Dean Luke A. Powery will preach a sermon titled Poetry in Plain Sight. The Duke Chapel Choir, Amalgam Brass, and organists will lead the music.
Face masks are required inside the Chapel and all Duke buildings, and masks are strongly recommended outdoors when you are in a group, even a small group. This applies to all students, faculty, staff and visitors regardless of vaccination status. Because COVID vaccines are a matter of public health, we encourage all eligible people to receive one. *** Join us outside after the service for free LocoPop popsicles. ***
