All are welcome to attend this ecumenical service of Christian worship on Sunday mornings throughout the year. Duke Chapel is home to a long--and living--tradition of faithful preaching and inspiring sacred music. Join us as we sing, pray, give thanks, and learn together. This Sunday's guest preacher is Dr. Mark Jefferson. Dr. Jefferson is the CEO of Maleko Global Partners, a consulting firm that equips and empowers leaders, especially clergy. Prior to founding Maleko Global, he taught homiletics at the Virginia Theological Seminary, Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, and Candler School of Theology at Emory University. He has preached at churches and other institutions across the country, including Washington National Cathedral, Washington, D.C.; Alfred Street Baptist Church, Alexandria, Virginia; Trinity Cathedral, Phoenix, Arizona; the Alexandria Detention Center, Alexandria, Virginia; and Calvary Episcopal Church, Memphis, Tennessee. Dr. Jefferson was inducted into the Martin Luther King, Jr. Board of Preachers at Morehouse College. Parking is available in the Bryan Center garage at 125 Science Drive. ADA parking is available in the Bryan Center Surface Lot at the same address. Receive a pass for free parking on Sunday mornings at the visitor desk inside the Chapel. Services are livestreamed on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/dukechapel and broadcast live on channel 12 of the Duke Hospital TV system and on the radio on 620 AM WDNC. Sign up for the Duke Chapel Sermons podcast on Spotify or Apple Podcasts. For a listing of Christian education offerings before the service, consult the Chapel's website calendar.
