Bach Cantata Concert: Music of Thanksgiving
Location: Duke Chapel

As Thanksgiving approaches, this concert gives thanks for music and the gifts of young musicians featured in this program. The soloists are from the ChorWorks Young Artists program, designed to train and provide solo opportunities in sacred music for collegiate and post-collegiate singers. The program, which lasts about an hour, includes cantatas from J.S. Bach, Nun danket alle Gott (BWV 192) and Sei Lob und Ehr (BWV 117), as well as George Frideric Handel's Overture to "Alexander's Feast" (HWV 59) and Organ Concerto in F major, Op. 4, No.4 (HWV 292). Admission is free.

Families with young children are welcome to attend the concert rehearsal at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel.
