Baccalaureate Service: Surnames R-Z
Location: See description

Duke University's baccalaureate services are held in Duke Chapel. The services are interfaith and include prayers, music, and scripture readings. Luke Powery, Dean of Duke Chapel, will deliver the sermon, and President Richard H. Brodhead will give the President's Charge. Graduates should attend the service corresponding to the first letter of their surname. More information is available via the University's commencement website. All graduates will be seated in the Chapel. There is also limited seating for guests behind the graduates in the Chapel. Guests must wait in line to gain access to the Chapel, and when it fills, they will be directed to view the ceremony via a live video stream in Page Auditorium. The baccalaureate services are not open to the general public, and tickets are required.
