Duke Chapel Christmas Eve Services in Page Auditorium

Duke Chapel will hold three Christmas Eve worship services in Page Auditorium on Duke's West Campus. The first worship service begins at 2 p.m. Dec. 24 and is interactive for families with young children. A Service of Worship, with Christmas carols, Durham Children’s Choir, the Amalgam brass ensemble, and sermon from the dean, starts at 5:30 p.m. An opportunity for Holy Communion will be made available after this service. The traditional Service of Lessons and Carols begins at 11 p.m., with an instrumental prelude at 10:30 p.m. The final service will be broadcast live in most parts of the state on TWC News North Carolina, channels 14 or 200, beginning at 11 p.m.; it will also be broadcast on WDNC Radio 620 AM. All three services will be webcast on the chapel website.
