Dean Powery to Speak at the Festival of Homiletics May 19

Duke Chapel Dean Luke A. Powery, who is also an associate professor of homiletics at Duke Divinity School, is a featured speaker at the Festival of Homiletics on Thursday, May 19, in Denver.

He will deliver a sermon titled Outcry as part of a worship service at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time at Trinity UMC.

Then at 2:00 p.m. at Trinity, he will give a lecture titled The Cost of Healing.
